What to Expect

The following information should be helpful when considering us for your party rental needs:

Rental Season: Our outdoor rental season is from April 1 through November 30 with our peak season from May 1 through September 30.

Indoor rentals during our off-season are available at your location. For more information on indoor winter rentals, please contact us.

Rental Duration: In season, outdoor rentals are available seven days a week and rented on a day rate on a first come, first served basis.

Reservations: We gladly accept rental requests right up to the day of your event. However, we do suggest that you book early to assure availability. Reservations can be made by calling (412) 292-3501. With your reservation request, we will "pencil you in" and write the rental agreement.

Deposits: Reservations and security deposits may be required.

Weather Cancellations: You can cancel your rental right up to the morning of your event for inclement weather. However, if you cancel after we have departed our warehouse, you will be required to pay the full rental fee. Once we have arrived at your site, collected the rental fee and setup the equipment, no weather related refunds of your rental fee will be made.

Delivery: Delivery service is available in the Pittsburgh area. Delivery charge and delivery times will be discussed on an individual basis. No pickups allowed.

Setup: We like to arrive well in advance to the start of your event. After our professionally trained staff sets up the equipment, we will need about 15 to 20 minutes with the "responsible adult" who will be in charge of the device(s) to review proper safety and ride management.

Although we can setup on asphalt and concrete, its better if the location is a reasonably level, grass-covered area. The area should be free of any debris, roots, glass (or other sharp objects), and animal droppings. Before setting up, we will inspect the area and make every attempt to accomodate your wishes. However, the deciding factor as to where to setup will always be safety.

We will also need access to electrical power. Each unit requires its own 115 VAC/20 AMP outlet within 75 feet of the setup area. If you don't have an outside receptacle, we can usually route out power lines through a window. The outlet used for your washing machine is usually a good bet (so long as you don't do laundry at the same time). For setup where power is not available such as public parks, we can provide portable power generating equipment (additional charges apply).

We will provide everything needed to setup the device. We supply a ground cover for under the inflatable, tie-down stakes, and GFCI-equipped power cords.

Breakdown and Pickup: We will return to your site at the completion of your rental period to breakdown and retrieve the equipment. The unit will be inspected, bundled and loaded on our truck.
